President/Founder of Terra Nova ProjectWORTHY Chapter
Hello, My name is Veronica Oo and I am the President of the ProjectWORTHY chapter at Terra Nova High School in the Bay Area. I am someone who loves STEM, especially sciences, but also loves creative things like art, writing, and reading. I do things like Mock Trial, Tennis, Badminton, and I work with Silicon Valley Youth Climate Action while being president of the Climate Action Club. I think that STEM should be accessible to all, and I am proud to be someone who makes change in our community.

Vice President/Founder
Hi, I am Alex Martinez, the vice president of the Project WORTHY chapter at Terra Nova High School. I am very passionate about STEM, particularly environmental science. In my school, I run the Women in STEM and Marine Biology clubs, and outside of school, I volunteer with the Pacific Beach Coalition. I believe that STEM is a vital subject that all young people should have access to. I am very excited for the opportunity to work with Project WORTHY and my classmates to help educate future scientists!

Treasurer
I am Konami Sengoku, Treasurer of Terra Nova High School’s Project WORTHY. I am heavily driven by a strong belief in educational equity, viewing Project WORTHY as an important opportunity to give underserved children the tools and support they need to discover their full academic potential. Aside from my academics, I enjoy hanging out and camping with my friends and family. I am frequently involved in volunteering within my local Japanese-American community. I cannot wait to give it my all, collaborate with others, and hope to leave a lasting positive impact in the world.

Secretary
Hi! I’m Emmanuelle, and I’m currently a Junior at Terra Nova High School. I’m passionate about STEM and helping people. I especially love helping and playing with kids, and through my prior experience teaching rising kinders, I've discovered how much I love learning alongside them. In the future, I hope to be a pediatric occupational therapist, so I’m excited for this opportunity that allows me to help under-resourced children, build my skills, and learn from this.
I love to work with my hands - doing different crafts like bedazzling and solving puzzles. I also enjoy catching up on TV shows and cooking.
